Here’s an example of a recent and very simple case.
The client had engaged a service company to complete some work. This service company began work but then failed to complete it, offering a number of different excuses.
The client wanted to check the validity of these excuses. They suspected the company had just decided to work on other jobs instead.
We were able to contact the service company on a pretext to see if we could get the answers to our client’s questions. We managed to get the answers after one email.
This is because we’ve dealt with plenty of situations such as this, and knew exactly how to craft the email and what to ask.
Case closed, client happy. And it worked out to be very economical for them.
No matter what questions you have, we will look for the simplest way to solve them.
